Frequently asked questions

Three steps:

1. Connect a wallet (top right) — MetaMask or any injected wallet.
2. Deposit USDT into the casino from the Wallet page.
3. Pick any game and place your bet.

Everything runs in USDT. Balances, stakes, wins and losses are all denominated in USDT, and deposits and withdrawals settle on-chain — visible on public block explorers. Honest bookkeeping, every round verifiable.

Before you ever bet, the server commits to its secret seed by publishing its SHA-256 hash. Each outcome is then derived from HMAC(serverSeed, clientSeed:nonce) — and the client seed is yours to set, so the house can’t pick results it likes.

When you rotate your seed pair (in the Provably Fair panel inside any game), the old server seed is revealed. You can hash it to check it matches the earlier commitment, then recompute any past round yourself. Changed results are mathematically off the table.

Both are normal on-chain transactions, so they settle at network speed — usually a block or two (seconds to a couple of minutes, depending on network congestion). Deposits credit your play balance once confirmed; withdrawals send funds straight back to your connected wallet. You can watch either on a block explorer like Etherscan. Remember you need a little extra for gas.

Your wallet balance is the USDT sitting in your own wallet on-chain — only you control it. Your play balance is what you’ve deposited into the casino: a ledger balance that games settle against instantly, with no per-bet transactions or gas. Withdraw any time to move play balance back to your wallet.

Bonuses are promotional perks — they extend your bankroll and are never withdrawable as such. Most carry a wagering (rollover) requirement: for example, a 0.1 USDT bonus at ×30 must see 3 USDT of weighted wagering within 72 hours before it fully clears. Deposit matches unlock proportionally — the locked bonus releases into your balance as you wager, no all-or-nothing cliff. While a bonus is live, bets are capped at 0.1 USDT and bonus winnings cash out up to ×5 the bonus. Points come from real-funded play: each 1 USDT wagered earns 10,000 points × your tier multiplier (wagering during an active bonus doesn’t count). Three pillars, all funded by the house edge. (1) Rakeback — a share of the house edge back on every bet, scaling from 3% at the entry level up to 16% at Diamond III, claimable anytime from Rewards. (2) Weekly cashback (Silver I and up) — every Monday you get back 5–10% of your net weekly losses as a ×3-wagering bonus, up to 5 USDT. Real, server-enforced ones: deposit/loss/wager limits over rolling windows, cool-offs of 24 hours to 7 days, and self-exclusion from 30 days to indefinite (which you cannot undo yourself).
