Terms of Use

Crypto Frog (“the Service”) is a casino platform settled in USDT. It offers provably-fair game mechanics, wallet-based authentication and on-chain deposit/withdrawal flows. By connecting a wallet, signing in or placing a bet you accept these terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the Service.

All balances, stakes, wins, losses, bonuses and jackpots are denominated in USDT. Deposits and withdrawals are real transactions settled on-chain, visible on public block explorers. Your balance reflects your USDT holdings with the Service.

The Service involves real-money gambling and is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use it. We may suspend accounts we reasonably believe belong to minors.

Game outcomes are generated with a seed commit-reveal scheme: before you bet, the server publishes a SHA-256 hash of its secret seed; outcomes are derived from HMAC(serverSeed, clientSeed:nonce), where the client seed is yours to change at any time. After you rotate the seed pair, the previous server seed is revealed so you can recompute and verify every past round yourself. The committed hash makes it cryptographically infeasible for the house to alter results after the fact.

Your play balance is a ledger entry credited by deposits from your connected wallet and debited by withdrawals back to it. Both are ordinary on-chain transactions: they require gas and settle at network block speed. We may pause or unwind transfers that result from bugs, chain reorganisations or abuse.

Bonuses, rakeback, weekly cashback, level-up rewards, races and similar perks are discretionary promotional rewards. Deposit-match bonuses carry a ×30 wagering (rollover) requirement, expire 72 hours after claim, cap individual bets at 0.1 USDT while active, limit bonus-attributable winnings to ×5 the bonus value, and unlock into the balance proportionally as wagering progresses. Loyalty grants (cashback, level-up) carry a ×3 rollover. Withdrawals additionally require total wagering of at least 1× total deposits (anti-fraud). Loyalty points accrue only on real-funded play. All perks may be amended or withdrawn at any time and are never withdrawable as such — they exist purely to extend play. Abuse of a promotion (see fair use below) voids it and anything derived from it.

The Service ships real, server-enforced responsible-gaming controls: deposit/loss/wager limits, cool-offs and self-exclusion. Limits tighten immediately and can only be relaxed after a 24-hour delay; a self-exclusion cannot be undone by the player. Use them — they are on the Responsible Gaming page. You agree not to: exploit bugs in games, contracts or the bonus engine; automate play with bots or scripts; operate multiple accounts to farm promotions; interfere with other players; or probe, overload or attack the infrastructure. We may void affected bets and balances, withhold promotional credit, and suspend or close accounts involved in abuse — with or without notice. Found a bug? Report it via support instead of farming it.

We process a deliberately small data set: your wallet address, session/sign-in records, gameplay and transaction events, and any preferences you set. No name, email or payment data is required to play. You can export your data, manage consent or request erasure on the Privacy page. Note that wallet addresses and transactions are inherently public on-chain, which we do not control.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. Networks can be reorganised and congested; contracts and games may contain bugs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Service.
